You may return the product or products you bought within 14 calendar days starting from the date you received your order.
In this case, the product must have not been opened from its’ package or been used and must also been accompanied by all the labels or the stickers by its’ manufacturer. You may find further information in the section of Products and Money Returns.
Concerning the desirable return, you have to fill out the Returns application form and submit it online or send it via e-mail to sales@favela.gr where you must include the order code, the client’s full name and the full description of the product that will be returned.
The cost of the return for changing or returning the products are charged to the client.
