Product or Money Returns

You have the right to return the products you bought, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received them.

In this case, the product must have not been opened from its' package or been used and must also been accompanied by all the labels or the stickers by its' manufacturer. You may find further information in the section of Products and Money Returns.

The package must be packed properly so that every possible damage of the packaging or the product is prevented during the transport. In case of returning shoes, it is not allowed to stick labels and packing tapes on the box. If the returned product's box is damaged, the return will not be accepted.

Returns of underwear, swimwear (bikini bottoms) and socks for hygiene reasons are not accepted.

To return your products, you will need to complete the form which you found inside the package of your order and to follow the instructions written. If you don’t have a return form, you will need to send an e-mail to where you must include the order code, the client's full name and the full description of the product that will be returned.

In case of returning the products, within 7 working days, the amount of money related to the value of the goods is refunded, while not possible costs of transport, cash on delivery or bank charges are included. The valuation of the product is made based on the price it was purchased.

For returns within Greece and for the best and most economical service, send your return using the same courier that delivered your order. We will withhold the amount of €2.50 from the value of the product that we will have to return to you. In case of using a different courier than the one that delivered the order to you, you will have to pay for the whole shipping cost, and no further shipping costs will be booked by us.

Returns of International Orders:

Due to the high shipping costs, FAVELA does not provide free product returns for orders outside Greece. Return costs are borne by the person making the return. It is clarified that the product must be in excellent condition as it was received. It is also noted that the initial shipping costs are not credited.
