What are the payment methods and what is the refund policy?
 
You can make your purchases using your credit or debit card. We guarantee the highest level of security for each of your purchases, as you are transported to a secure Attica Bank payment environment.
You can choose cash on delivery as a payment method, which for Greece is a charge of € 1.00 for orders up to € 40.00, while for Cyprus it costs € 4.99 for orders over € 50.00 and € 9.98 for orders up to € 50.00. Cash on delivery method does not apply to International Destinations.
 
Alternatively, you can make a deposit to a bank account. Payment by check is not accepted. In case of return of the products, the amount of money related to the value of the goods is returned and not possible expenses.
 
 
How many days are needed for the orders to be sent?
 
Shipments to Greece are made by Geniki Taxydromiki and Taxydema. Shipments to Cyprus are made with SkyNet. In all three cases, they are delivered in 1-3 working days. The first working day is the next of the shipment. Upon sending your order you will receive a confirmation with the sending number to your email.
Free shipping on all orders in the European Union from € 100 and up, while shipments to the European Union are made with TNT Express Service (http://www.tnt.com/express/en_gr/site/home/applications/tracking.html) and delivered in 1-3 working days.
 
Free shipping on all orders in the rest of the world from 150 € and up.
Most shipments are made on the same day if orders are received before 14:00. Shipments are made with 'TNT "or' ELTA 'and are delivered in 3-5 working days. The first working day is the next of the shipment.

What is the courier shipping fee?
 
For shipments with the company TACHYDEMA, the shipping cost is 2.50€ for purchases up to 40€, while for purchases over 40€, the shipping is free.
For shipments with GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI, the shipping cost is 5.50€ for zone 2 and islands from 15/10 for purchases up to 40€.
For shipments with GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI, the shipping cost is 3€ for zone 2 and islands from 15/10 for purchases over 40€.
For shipments with GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI with pickup from a branch, the shipping cost is 2.50€ for purchases up to 40€.
For purchases over € 50.00 for Cyprus there is no shipping charge if the transaction is made by credit or debit card or Paypal.
For purchases up to € 50.00 for Cyprus the shipping charge is € 4.99
For purchases up to € 100.00 for European Union the shipping charge is € 15,00
For purchases over € 100.00 for European Union there is no shipping charge.
For international purchases up to € 150.00 the shipping charge is € 25,00
For international purchases over € 150.00 there is no shipping charge.
 
 
Product Return or Exchange Policy - Cancellation or Change of Order.
 
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the day you receive them and if the product is in its original condition and packaging. To return your products, you will need to complete the form which you found inside the package of your order and to follow the instructions written. If you don’t have a return form, you will need to send an e-mail to sales@favela.gr where the order code, customer name and product name will be mentioned. The customer bears the cost of return or change. Ideally choose the same courier that delivered your order and we will withhold € 2.50 (for Greece and 4.99 for Cyprus) from the value of the product that we will have to return to you. To cancel or change an order, contact +30 212 213 3434 or sales@favela.gr within 24 hours.
 
 
Returns on International Orders:
 
Due to the high shipping costs, FAVELA does not provide free product returns for orders outside Greece. Return costs are borne by the person making the return. It is clarified that the product must be in excellent condition received. It is also noted that the initial shipping costs are not credited.

How can I order a product?
 
You can place your order easily, quickly and for free 24 hours a day directly from our Online Store. After selecting the products, you are interested in, add them to the cart. You can complete your order either as a guest by filling in the required fields, or if you have an account through it simply by entering your email and password. To continue to the next step, press the button that appears CHECKOUT / COMPLETE ORDER and follow the steps until the order is completed. Upon successful completion of your order, a message will appear on your screen as you will also receive a personal Mail that you have declared for the successful process.
