Returns:
You have the right to return products purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
Returns are accepted if the product is not used in its original packaging and accompanied by the manufacturer´s tag. The parcel should be packed in a way to avoid damage of the product of the packaging during transport.
If shoes will be returned, labels and strapping tapes are not allowed on the packaging box. If the returned boxes of goods have been damaged, the return is not accepted.
Underwear and swimwear returns (slips) are not accepted for reasons of hygiene.
In case of return an e-mail should be sent to the address: sales@favela.gr stating in any case the order number, customer’s name and full description of the product to be returned. In case of refund the amount reimbursed is the value of the product and not likely transport costs, COD or bank charges.
For returns in Greece, in order to have better and economical service, send your return using General Postal our own costs (FAVELA). We will withhold payment of 2,50 € from the value of the goods that we will have to refund you.
International Returns:
You can return any unused item for a refund or exchange, within 14 days of receiving your original order, by post
Postage must be paid by the sender, and will not be refunded by Favela.gr
The goods are in your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
If you just want to return, we'll refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
